1. Course Cancellation by Student

Once a course, service, or digital product is purchased, the transaction is considered final. Please review the details below.

Digital Courses & On-Demand Programs
  • Refunds or cancellations are not available after purchase.
  • You will continue to have lifetime access to the content you’ve purchased.
Live Training & Workshops
  • Purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • If you’re unable to attend, your payment can be credited toward a future program.
  • Credits cannot be transferred once the event date has passed.
  • Session recordings may be shared when available.

2. Membership Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time by disabling auto-renewal through your account.

  • Your current billing period will not be refunded.
  • Access will remain active until the end of the subscription cycle.

3. Cancellation by OccuMind

In rare situations, OccuMind may need to cancel or reschedule a program due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Unexpected or unavoidable events

If a program is cancelled by us:

  • You will receive full credit toward a future offering.
  • You may choose to transfer to another available program.
